Jennifer Owen is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Idaho State University and her master's in mental health counseling from Rocky Mountain University.
Jennifer loves meeting clients where they are and partnering with them on their journey to where they want to be. She is trained in EMDR and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as strength-based and positive therapy approaches.
Passionate about mental health, Jennifer believes everyone can improve and become a better version of themselves. She emphasizes that everyone has innate worth and should care for themselves as they would a friend. She is dedicated to helping people discover and build on their strengths.
