" Embracing change, fostering growth, and nurturing well-being for a brighter tomorrow."

Trauma and difficulties in life can cloud our ability to have hope or feel like things can get better. Reaching out for support during tough times is not only brave but often a catalyst to finding more healing and happiness. I work with clients struggling with moods, behaviors, or memories that are impacting daily living. I'm confident we can work together to help you function and feel better so you are burdened by less and can enjoy life more.

Seeking help for my own mental health as a young adult helped change my life and led me to become a therapist. I care about each person I work with and will view you through a non-judgmental lens. I offer a safe space to be vulnerable and work through traumatic and sensitive issues. No issue is too big or too small to need help with.

I tailor treatment to each individual but often use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and parts work. I frequently work with trauma, faith/life changes, stress management, depression, anxiety, grief, self esteem, and more.

I graduated in 2021 from Boise State University with my Masters in Social Work and have an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I'm EMDR trained and have 3 years of experience doing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
