Rebecca is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Utah. She holds a special interest in somatic psychology, including how our bodies store past trauma and how we act that out in our present lives. Operating from a trauma informed lens, Rebecca is grounded in mind body connection and creating a sense of ownership in healing.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Rebecca has been trained in general Systems theory as well as Internal Family Systems. As a therapist she draws focus to behavioral patterns that lead to cycles, for individuals, couples, and families. Other areas of interest include anxiety, depression, life cycle transitions, and grief.

Rebecca received her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University and her Bachelor’s Degree in English, Psychology, and Women’s and Gender Studies from Seton Hall University. Rebecca has completed basic training in EMDR.

In addition, Rebecca is a certified yoga teacher. You can expect Rebecca to create a non-judgmental, welcoming, and accepting space for you.
